Feel Good Beginner/Restorative Flow

This class is perfect for anyone who is just beginning their Pilates practice and those who enjoy a focus on alignment, core stability/strength, breath competency, and proper muscle innervation. We will move at a slow pace and get familiar with the reformer in this full body work-out.

Feel Good Flow

This is our signature open level class. We will flow through a full body work-out with a focus on sculpting the abs, arms, butt and legs. Using Pilates principles, this class is composed of mindful movements to help create balanced muscular development and deepen the mind-body connection through your work-out. Modifications will be available for beginners.

Feel Good Advanced Flow

This class is for the experienced who are looking to push themselves to the next level with complex moves and choreography.

This isn't your typical Pilates Class! A fast-paced full body workout that is ideal for those who enjoy working hard, trying new things, and maybe even breaking a sweat.
