Where are you located?

We are located at the Springdale General development in Building 7 Suite F. We are on the backside of building 7 on the second floor. When you first turn into the development, make a sharp right in front of Building 6 and you will find parking spots all along the side. 

What should I wear to class?

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing you can easily move in. We encourage grip socks. Not only are they cute, but you will be able to grip the reformer better with your feet making it easier to do certain exercises. We have some Pointe Studio socks available for purchase at the studio for $14. Of course you can always bring your own as well! 

This is my first time to do reformer Pilates and I'm scared. Should I do a group class or a private first?

We recommend our beginner reformer class, but our Feel Good Flow class is perfectly suited for beginners as well.

What should I bring to class?

Water for sure! Grip socks and a towel if you would like. 

How early should I arrive?

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class starts, as there isn't a ton of space to wait/lounge in. If this is your first time visiting us, we recommend 10 minutes before so that you can familiarize yourself with the studio and get a rundown of the reformer before class starts. 

What if I am running late?

Don't stress! Just give us a heads up by calling the studio or sending us an email. Otherwise, your spot may be given to a standby guest once the class start time has begun if the class is full. When you do arrive, we ask that you enter quietly to avoid disturbing others.
 
What if I need to cancel my class?

No worries, it happens more than you think. Please be sure to do so online at least 12 hours before class time or your credit card will be charged. Students with class packs will have a class deducted from their package. For those with monthly unlimited packages, a charge of $12 will occur for a no-show or late cancel.  All classes should be cancelled online, as we are not responsible for cancelling your class. To cancel, you can log into your MindBody account and go to My Info, click My Schedule and click Cancel next to the class time.
 
What if the class I want to take is full?

We recommend putting yourself on the wait list in case there is a cancellation, if a spot opens you will be added to the list and receive a confirmation email/text. There's only 1 waitlist spot available per a class. 

Do you have showers?

We do not have showers. However, we have a bathroom for changing and a sink.
